Sometimes healing does not arrive as sunshine.

Sometimes it comes as rain.

The face in this painting does not hide from the storm. Eyes closed, head lifted, they allow the rain to fall freely—washing over old pain, exhaustion, grief, and everything that has been carried for too long.

The roots below remind us that even during difficult seasons, we are still growing. The flowers blooming around them are a quiet reminder that something beautiful can emerge from what once felt heavy.

The rain is not here to destroy.

It is here to cleanse.

To soften.

To release.

You do not always have to hold everything together. Sometimes healing begins when you finally allow yourself to let it go.
