🖤 Making Room for Acceptance — the crow looking toward light as those circles begin to open.
The crow lifts its head toward the light. The shadows remain, but around them, space begins to open.
Sometimes acceptance starts quietly:
“This happened. I wish it had been different. I can choose how I care for myself now.”
Accepting what happened doesn’t mean approving of it or staying where we are being hurt. We can set boundaries, speak up, and take steps toward change.
Like the small buds on this weathered branch, new possibilities can grow alongside the marks of yesterday.
Take your time. Make room for your feelings, for support, and for the life still ahead of you. 🌿
