Light After the Storm

There are seasons when the storm feels endless.

The rain keeps falling. The sky stays dark. And sometimes we begin to wonder if the light will ever return.

Light After the Storm is about that moment when hope begins to appear again.

One side of the painting still carries the storm—the rain, the darkness, the memories of what was difficult. But on the other side, golden light breaks through the clouds.

The figure does not erase the storm or pretend it never happened. The roots remain grounded in everything that came before, while flowers continue to grow along the way.

Healing can be like this.

We may still carry pieces of difficult experiences, but they do not have to take away our ability to see beauty, feel hope, or begin again.

The storm may be part of your story, but it does not have to be the ending. There is still light ahead.
