Share Your Experience With High Stakes Mental Health Foundation
High Stakes Mental Health Foundation is gathering personal experiences from small-business owners, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, independent professionals, and others who have experienced billing, cancellation, contract, or collection disputes involving Regus / International Workplace Group (IWG).
This page was created after our own experience with a disputed Regus account.
Our purpose is not to attack any company. Our purpose is to understand whether other people have experienced similar situations and, importantly, how prolonged financial disputes and collection activity can affect mental health, stress, sleep, emotional well-being, families, and small businesses.
Firsthand facts are much more useful than accusations.
Why I Created This Page
High Stakes Mental Health Foundation used Regus office services.
After leaving the office, charges were disputed. The account was later referred to a collection company.
I disputed the account and the amount being claimed with that collection company.
Later, another collection company contacted me regarding the same disputed Regus/IWG balance.
Receiving continuing collection communications about a matter that had already been disputed created additional stress and made me wonder:
How many other small-business owners have experienced something similar?
Running a small business or nonprofit can already involve significant financial and emotional pressure.
When a person believes a bill is incorrect, attempts to resolve it, and then continues receiving collection demands, the impact can go far beyond money.
It can affect:
- Stress and anxiety
- Sleep
- Concentration
- Family relationships
- Financial stability
- Ability to operate a small business
- Confidence in continuing a new venture
- Overall emotional well-being
For individuals who already live with mental health challenges, prolonged financial pressure can be particularly difficult.
That is why High Stakes Mental Health Foundation wants to hear from others.

Your Experience Matters
Small-business owners often put their savings, time, energy, and dreams into building something of their own.
A financial dispute can become much more than a disagreement over an invoice.
It can become months of worry, phone calls, emails, collection notices, uncertainty, and emotional pressure.
At High Stakes Mental Health Foundation, we believe those experiences deserve to be heard.
If you have experienced a Regus / IWG billing, cancellation, or collection dispute, please share your experience below.
Your story may help us understand whether others are experiencing similar problems — and how those experiences are affecting people’s mental health and well-being.
